The animal shelter should fill out the shelter application and the veterinary partner should fill out the veterinary application. A veterinary partner can be non-profit or for-profit. The animal shelter can be non-profit or a municipal facility.
If your organization operates both an animal shelter and a veterinary clinic, you will fill out both the Shelter application and the veterinary application. You will receive one notification regarding both applications.
If your organization interested in receiving only a veterinary consultation:
Organizations operating a veterinary clinic should fill out the veterinary application. You must be operating an actual clinic and not just referring services to a provider. Non-profits and for-profits accepted. Preference is given to communities seeking shelter and veterinary consultations.
If your organization is interested in receiving only a shelter consultation:
Organizations operating an animal shelter should fill out the shelter application. Non-profit and municipal facilities accepted. Preference is given to communities seeking shelter and veterinary consultations.
